BakerSeries® "Mini" Rotating Oven

LBC Bakery Equipment will be introducing our New LMO model Mini Rotating Rack Oven late in 2008.

The LMO will be available in both electrically heated models and gas fired models that will incorporate the same "Vertifow" heat exchanger design used in our BakerSeries® Roll-in Rack ovens.

Features and accessories will include 6 and 8 pan racks, rack loading and unloading trolley, standard oven base or an optional proofer base.
