1. More Efficient Heat Distribution
Our rack ovens patented Vertiflow Heat Exchanger uses no blower, motors fans or draft inducers. And, the vertical tube design works in conjunction with multiple burners to maximize heat transfer, resulting in greater efficiency and longer life.

2. Low Maintenance Steamer
We’ve produced a low maintenance. High performance steam generator with a simple and effective self-contained gravity-fed Waterfall Steamer.  Water is directed to the extra large thermal mass without the use of nozzles or orifices that can result in clogging.

3. Advanced AirWash Heat / Humidity System
The LBC advanced “climatizer” ensures humidity and temperature with digital PID accuracy.  The fast acting heater elements and humidity injection process quickly raises temperature and humidity while virtually eliminating “overshoots”.  The “climatizer’s” high volume air circulation allows sensors and controls to react quickly to initial settings and cabinet changes.  Moisture guiding louvers avoid splashing and dripping, non-saturating heat/humidity sensors provide accuracy throughout the operating range. And non-submerged heater elements to increase overall operating life.
